I didn't get a good answer
- Rephrase as a full question and name the person or scope if you can — see Writing effective queries, or lock to one creator with @channel search.
- Switch the response mode up a level so veridive reasons harder and searches wider.
- Very new or very niche topics may simply have little spoken coverage yet.
A source won't add to my Library
- Confirm the video is public (private/unlisted videos you don't own may not be available).
- Check the link is a full, valid URL, and the file is within size/format limits — see Supported sources.
My transcription failed or looks off
- Check the file is a supported format (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV) and under 100 MB.
- Set the correct spoken language, and try a higher quality level for difficult audio.
A citation didn't open the right moment
- Occasionally a source changes or is removed at the origin; try a nearby part of the answer or re-ask.
- If it's reproducible, tell us — include the answer and which citation.
I hit my credit limit
Wait for your daily refresh, add a top-up, or move to a higher plan.
