How credits work

veridive runs on credits. Each action you take — an answer, an import, a transcription, a generated output — uses some credits, and your plan refills them. The guiding principle: basic access is never gated; only volume and power features are.

Daily and monthly credits

  • Daily credits refresh each day, so there's always a fresh allowance to come back to. They're granted when you first use veridive that day.
  • Monthly credits are your larger plan allowance for the billing month.

What uses more or fewer credits

Lightweight actions cost little; heavier ones cost more. The main drivers are how deep an answer is (see the response-mode selector), how much you import at once, and how much audio you transcribe. A quick factual answer is cheap; a deep research answer, a 1,000-video import, or hours of transcription cost more.

Order of use: your plan's credits are spent first; top-ups only draw down after those run out — and top-ups never expire.

Running low?

You'll get a heads-up as you approach your limit. You can add a top-up any time, or move to a plan with a larger monthly allowance.

Note: exact credit amounts per action can change as we tune the product — your live balance and the in-app cost shown before a heavy action are always the source of truth.
