Refunds & billing issues

Short version: you're in control of your subscription, and we want billing to be fair and painless. The authoritative rules live in our Terms — this page answers the questions we hear most.

How do I stop being charged?

Cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See Managing your subscription.

Do I get a refund when I cancel?

Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't by itself refund the current period — you keep access until it ends. If you believe you're owed a refund (for example a recent charge you didn't intend), contact us and we'll look into it. Refund eligibility follows our Terms.

What about unused credits and top-ups?

Monthly plan credits reset with your billing cycle and aren't separately refundable. Top-up credits never expire and remain on your account.

I was charged unexpectedly / my card was declined.

Email [email protected] with the date and amount and we'll sort it out. For declines, check your card details and expiry under billing, then retry.

How do I get an invoice / receipt?

Receipts are emailed on each payment, and you can find your billing history in account settings.
