What are credits and how do they work?
Credits power every action in veridive — running DeepContext research, asking DeepQuery, processing videos, and chatting with AI. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets every billing cycle, plus a daily refresh of bonus credits to keep light use friction-free.
Do unused credits roll over?
Daily refresh credits do not roll over — they reset each day. Monthly plan credits also reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more, top-up credit packs are available and stack on top of your plan credits.
How much do credit top-ups cost?
Top-up credit packs: 1,000 credits for $3.99, 5,000 for $14.99, 15,000 for $34.99, and 50,000 for $89.99. Top-ups never expire, and your subscription credits are always consumed first.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What does annual billing save?
Annual plans give you two months free — a 17% saving versus paying monthly. You'll be billed once for the year and your plan credits refresh every month as usual.
