A few features keep your veridive account safe — and there are simple steps you can take too.

What veridive does

• Email verification when you sign up, so only you can activate the account.
• One-time codes for sensitive actions, to confirm it's really you.
• New sign-in alerts — we email you if we see a login from a new device or location.

What you can do

• Use a strong, unique password and keep your email account secure (it's the key to recovery).
• If you get a sign-in alert you don't recognize, change your password and tell us right away.
• Be wary of messages asking for your password — veridive will never ask for it by email.
