Resetting Your ZTE Blade A36

• 💡 This video demonstrates two methods to reset your ZTE Blade A36: the in-system method via Settings and a hard reset using recovery mode.
• ⚠️ Important Precautions: After a reset, you may need to verify your screen lock or sign in to the Google account previously used on the device.

Method 1: Reset via Settings

• ⚙️ Navigate to Settings → System & Update → Reset options.
• 🗑️ Select "Erase all data" and confirm to initiate the reset. The phone will restart and guide you through the setup process.

Method 2: Recovery Mode Hard Reset

• 🔌 First, power off your ZTE Blade A36.
• ⬆️ Press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons simultaneously until the ZTE logo appears. Release the Power button but continue holding Volume Up.
• 🧹 In recovery mode, use the volume keys to navigate and select "wipe data/factory reset". Confirm with the power button.
• ⚠️ A warning will appear stating that you may need to connect to a network and log in to your Google account.
• ✅ Select "factory data reset" and confirm with the power button to begin the wipe.
• 🚀 Once formatting is complete, select "reboot system now" to restart the phone.
