Troubleshooting VIVO V50 Lite 5G Fingerprint Issues

• 💡 If your VIVO V50 Lite 5G fingerprint scanner isn't recognizing your fingerprint, the first step is to set up a new fingerprint.
• 🧼 Before enrolling a new print, clean the surface of the screen, especially the area around the fingerprint scanner, to ensure better readability.

Adding a New Fingerprint

• ⚙️ Navigate to Settings, then Security and Privacy, followed by Device Unlocking, and finally Fingerprint.
• 👆 Confirm your existing pattern to access the fingerprint settings.
• ▶️ Select Start enrollment and agree to the terms.
• 👆 Place your finger on the scanner, covering it completely and moving it as prompted until the enrollment is complete, including the corners.

System Updates and Testing

• ⬇️ After registering the new fingerprint, go back to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and select System Updates.
• 🔄 Check for any pending updates and install them if available by clicking Restart Now.
• ✅ Once the phone has restarted and updates are applied, test the new fingerprint to unlock your device.
• 🚀 If the process was successful, your fingerprint scanner should now be working correctly.
