Conditions for a Just and Lasting Peace

Ukraine's European Destiny and Reconstruction

• 🚀 Ukraine has chosen a European destiny, which begins with its reconstruction and integration into the EU's single market and defense industrial base.
• 🤝 Progress towards peace requires moving forward as partners on a single track with Ukraine, EU member states, the coalition of the willing, and the United States.

The Plight of Abducted Ukrainian Children

• 💔 A crucial element of any agreement must be the return of every Ukrainian child abducted by Russia.
• 🌍 Tens of thousands of children remain trapped in Russia, and their plight must be placed at the top of the global agenda.
• 🤝 Together with Ukraine and Canada, a summit of the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian children will be co-hosted to ensure their reunification with their families.
