UMIDIGI G5 Tab: How to Record Your Screen and Find Recordings

Accessing the Screen Recorder

• 💡 Swipe down from the top of the UMIDIGI G5 Tab screen to reveal toggles and notifications.
• 📌 Navigate to the additional pages of toggles by swiping left to find the Screen Recorder icon.

Configuring Recording Settings

• ⚙️ Before starting, tap the Screen Recorder icon to access settings.
• 🎙️ Choose your desired audio source: device audio, microphone, both, or none.
• 👆 Optionally, enable the record touches feature to show where your finger taps on the display.

Starting and Stopping a Recording

• ▶️ Tap 'Start' to initiate the screen recording, which begins after a 3-second countdown.
• ⏹️ To stop the recording, pull down the notification shade again and select the Stop option.
• 💾 The screen recording will be automatically saved to your device.

Locating Saved Recordings

• 🖼️ Saved screen recordings are typically found in the Photos app.
• 📂 Navigate to 'Collections', then look within 'Screenshots' or 'Videos' folders.
• ⚠️ If not found in the usual folders, check notifications for a direct link to the saved recording.
