• 🤝 This approach is described as "kind" and less tough on other countries than a full reciprocal tariff.

Minimum Baseline Tariff

• 💰 A minimum baseline tariff of 10% will be established on other countries.
• 📈 This baseline tariff is intended to help rebuild the U.S. economy and prevent cheating.
