Initial Connection Checks

• 📶 Ensure network connectivity is stable before attempting to connect.
• 🔵 Verify that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.
• 🔋 If the ring's battery is low, place it in the charging case to charge.
• ↔️ Keep the ring and your phone within 1 meter of each other during the connection process.

Bluetooth Pairing and Reset

• ⚙️ Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, find the ring, and select 'Forget This Device' or 'Unpair'.
• ➕ Then, try adding the ring again to re-establish the connection.
• ✈️ Turning on Airplane Mode on the ring disables its Bluetooth and stops data transfers. To upload data completely, turn off airplane mode within 7 days, otherwise, data will be lost.

Advanced Troubleshooting

• 🔌 To turn off ring airplane mode, place the ring in the charging case and disable airplane mode in the ring settings within the app.
• 🔄 If the above methods fail, restart the ring by placing it in the charging case five times consecutively within 15 seconds.
• ✨ Ensure the charging case's blue light illuminates before removing the ring, and look for the ring's blue light blinking to signify a successful restart.
