TECNO Spark 30: How to Enable or Disable Automatic Software Updates

Accessing Developer Options

• 💡 To manage automatic software updates on your TECNO Spark 30, begin by opening the Settings app.
• 📌 Navigate to My Phone, then scroll down to Version Info.
• 🔑 Repeatedly tap on the Build Number until you see a notification indicating you are in Developer Mode.

Enabling/Disabling Automatic Updates

• ⚙️ Once Developer Mode is active, go back to the main Settings menu and scroll to the bottom to find and tap on System.
• 🎯 Within the System menu, scroll down again to the very bottom and select Developer Options.
• 🔄 Locate the Automatic System Updates setting and tap the switcher to toggle it on or off.
• ⚡ When active, your device can apply updates upon restart; tapping the switcher again will disable this feature.
