Sony WF-SP800N: Troubleshooting Bluetooth Pairing and Connection Issues

Initial Bluetooth Connection Checks

• 💡 Ensure Bluetooth is turned on in your device's settings. For iOS, this is directly in Bluetooth settings; on Android, it might be in the control panel.
• ✅ After enabling Bluetooth, tap on your earbuds in the device list to establish a connection.

Soft Reset and Re-pairing

• 🔌 To perform a soft reset, place your earbuds in the charging case. Then, remove them to allow them to automatically reconnect to your phone.
• 🗑️ If the soft reset doesn't work, remove the earbuds from your device's paired list. On iOS, tap the information icon; on Android, find the forget option.
• 📲 After forgetting the device, you may need to pair a new device on Android. For both operating systems, the earbuds should attempt to enter pairing mode automatically.

Manual Pairing Mode and Factory Reset

• 🎧 If automatic pairing fails, manually enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the touch areas on both earbuds until you hear a "Bluetooth pairing" prompt.
• 💡 Once in pairing mode, tap on your earbuds in the device list to connect.
• 🔋 For a factory reset, place earbuds in the charging case without closing it. Press and hold both touch areas until the LED lights turn off, indicating the reset is complete.
• ✨ After a factory reset, remove the earbuds from the case, and they should reconnect to your phone without needing to be re-added.
