Accessing Adaptive Sound Control

• 🎧 Open the Sony Headphones Connect app to begin managing your earbuds' settings.
• 📌 Navigate to the Adaptive Sound Control section, typically found as the third option when scrolling down.

Enabling Adaptive Sound Control

• ⚙️ To activate the feature, tap the slider at the top of the Adaptive Sound Control screen; a colorful background indicates it is enabled.

Customizing Sound Settings by Activity

• 🚶‍♀️ The app allows you to adjust ambient sound and noise cancellation based on your current activity (e.g., sitting, walking, running, riding).
• 🔊 For each activity, you can select presets like noise cancellation or transparency mode, with 12 levels of adjustment available.
• 🏃‍♂️ When running, you can opt for maximum transparency or enable voice pass-through to hear announcements or conversations.
• 💡 You can customize settings, for example, choosing transparency mode while walking or noise cancellation while sitting.

Saving and Resetting Presets

• ✅ After making your desired adjustments, click Done in the top right corner to save your changes.
• 🔄 If you wish to revert to the default settings, use the Reset button.
• 📝 Ensure you apply changes to all presets you have modified.
