Locating and Using Touch Controls

• 📌 The touch areas on the SONY WF-SP800N earbuds are located at the back, near the top.

Basic Playback and Voice Assistant

• ▶️ Pressing the right earbud once will play or pause the current song.
• ⏭️ Pressing the right earbud two times will skip to the next track.
• ⏮️ Pressing the right earbud three times will play the previous track.
• 🗣️ Pressing and holding the right earbud will activate your device's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, or Gemini).

Noise Cancelling and Ambient Sound Modes

• 👂 By default, the left earbud controls noise cancelling and ambient sound modes.
• 🔊 Pressing the left earbud once cycles through: off, transparency mode, and noise cancelling (ANC).

Customizing Touch Controls with the App

• ⚙️ The Sony Headphones Connect app allows for customization of touch controls.
• 🎛️ Navigate to Device Settings, then System, and then Controls to reassign functions.
• 👆 You can change the left earbud's default function (ambient sound control) to volume control or other options.
• 🎚️ To adjust volume using touch gestures after customization, press and hold the earbud.
• ✅ Remember to click Done to save your customized settings.
