SONY MDR-100ABN: Fix Bluetooth Pairing & Connection Issues

Initial Bluetooth Troubleshooting

• 💡 Ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your device (Apple: Settings > Bluetooth; Android: Control Panel).
• 📌 If your headphones don't reconnect automatically, tap them in the device list to establish a connection.

Soft Reset for Connection Problems

• ⚡ To perform a soft reset, turn off your headphones by pressing and holding the power button on the left ear cup.
• 🔄 Then, press and hold the power button again to turn them back on; they should reconnect to your phone.

Removing and Re-pairing Headphones

• ⚠️ If the soft reset fails, turn off your headphones.
• ⚙️ On your device, tap the information or settings icon next to your headphones in the Bluetooth list and select 'Forget this device'.
• 🔊 To re-enter pairing mode, press and hold the power button on the headphones until the LED light flashes red and blue (approx. six seconds).
• 📱 Then, tap your headphones in the 'Pair new device' list on your phone.

Performing a Factory Reset

• 🔌 First, turn off the headphones.
• 💥 To factory reset, simultaneously press and hold the power button on the left ear cup and the play/pause (multifunctional) button on the right ear cup until the LED light flashes four times.
• 🗑️ After the factory reset, remove the headphones from your device's Bluetooth list by selecting 'Forget this device'.
• ✅ Turn on the headphones; they should automatically enter pairing mode. Tap them in the device list to reconnect.
