SentryPC: How to Manage User Time Settings and Limits

Accessing Time Management Features

• 🖱️ Navigate to the Time Management section within your SentryPC dashboard.
• 👤 Locate the specific user whose time settings you wish to modify and click Edit User.

Configuring User Time Limits

• ⏰ Enable Time Management for the selected user to begin setting restrictions.
• 🔔 Configure alerts to notify the user a specified number of minutes (e.g., 30 minutes) before their allotted time expires.
• 📅 By default, time resets every Monday, but this can be adjusted to any weekday.

Setting Daily and Weekly Hour Limits

• 📊 Set the maximum hours for the week for the user.
• ⏳ Adjust the maximum hours for each individual day of the week, allowing for customized daily limits.

Applying and Saving Settings

• 👥 Utilize the option to apply these settings to additional users to efficiently manage multiple accounts.
• ✅ Ensure all changes are saved to take effect.
