Samsung S25: How to Set Up and Confirm Your Screen Lock

Accessing Security Settings

• ⚙️ Open the Settings app on your Samsung S25.
• 🔒 Scroll down to find and select Security and Privacy.

Choosing Your Screen Lock Method

• 👆 The first option available is Screen Lock.
• 🔑 You can choose from several lock types: PIN, Password, Pattern, or Swipe.
• ⚠️ Note that the Swipe option offers no security.

Setting Up a Pattern Lock

• ✍️ To set a pattern, draw your desired pattern, ensuring you connect at least four dots.
• ⚠️ Remember that forgetting your pattern will require a device reset.
• ▶️ Tap Continue after drawing your pattern.

Confirming and Testing Your Lock

• 🔄 Redraw your pattern to confirm it.
• ✅ Your screen lock is now successfully saved.
• 📱 Test the lock by drawing your pattern to unlock the phone.
