Rescued Puppies Spirit and Hope Find Loving New Home After Animal Cruelty Case

• 💖 Two puppies, Spirit and Hope, rescued from an animal cruelty case in Hillsborough County, have found a new home together.
• 😔 The puppies were originally surrendered by a woman who later faced animal cruelty charges after an investigation.

Conditions and Recovery

• 💔 The dogs were found living in horrible conditions underneath a trailer, suffering from emaciation, parasites, and parvovirus.
• 🎗️ Sadly, a third dog, believed to be their mother named Blessing, did not survive due to severe illness.
• ✅ Spirit and Hope, however, were able to recover at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.

A New Beginning

• ✨ Michelle, initially visiting the shelter for a different dog, was moved by Spirit and Hope's story and decided to adopt them both.
• 🤝 She emphasized that it was "two or none", refusing to separate the bonded pair.
• 🏡 The puppies are currently on a two-week test run in their new home with Michelle and her husband to ensure they acclimate well.

Continued Efforts

• 🐾 The Humane Society also announced that two more dogs, Grace and Angel, were rescued from the same home and have officially gone up for adoption.
