REALME GT8 Pro: How to Enable and Customize Do Not Disturb Mode

Accessing Do Not Disturb Settings

• 👆 Swipe down from the top right of the screen to open Quick Settings.
• ➕ If the Do Not Disturb tile is missing, tap the pencil icon, then the plus button to add it.
• ⚙️ To customize, hold the Do Not Disturb tile to access its specific settings.

Scheduling and Presets

• 📅 The schedule feature allows for automatic activation and deactivation of Do Not Disturb at set times and days.
• 😴 A pre-made Sleeping preset is available, typically starting at 10 PM and ending at 7 AM daily, which can be turned on or edited.

Customizing Exceptions

• 🔕 Under exceptions, you can choose who can call or message you, including options for everyone, contacts, or only favorites.
• 📞 The ring for repeated callers option allows calls to bypass DND if the same person calls twice within a 3-minute period.
• ⏰ By default, alarms, timers, and calendar events will still generate notifications.

Manual Control and Workarounds

• ✅ To enable Do Not Disturb manually, tap the toggle in Quick Settings; the first-time popup explains its function.
• ⚠️ Manually enabled DND does not automatically turn off, requiring you to remember to disable it.
• 💡 A workaround is to set a very short daily schedule (e.g., one minute) to ensure DND turns off automatically, preventing it from running indefinitely.
