Resetting Your POCO Pad M1

• 💡 This guide demonstrates two methods to reset your POCO Pad M1 to factory settings: using the Settings menu (recommended) and Recovery Mode (hard reset).

Factory Reset via Settings

• 🎯 Navigate to the About tab on your POCO Pad M1.
• 🔑 Scroll down to find the Factory Reset option.
• ⚠️ Be aware that all your data will be permanently erased.
• ✅ Click on Erase all data to proceed with the reset.

Resetting via Recovery Mode

• ⚠️ Important Note: After a Recovery Mode reset, your tablet may require verification using your previous screen lock or Google account.
• 🔌 To begin, power off your device by holding the power button and selecting power off.
• 🚀 To enter Recovery Mode, simultaneously hold the power button and volume up button until the mode launches.
• 👆 Use the volume keys to navigate and the power button to select.
• 🗑️ Select Wipe data and confirm the action by selecting Wipe all data.
• ⏳ Wait for the data wipe process to complete successfully.
• 🔄 Finally, select Reboot and confirm to restart the system.

Post-Reset Setup

• ⚙️ After the device reboots, you will need to go through the initial setup process.
• 🔒 Be prepared to enter your previous screen lock credentials or Google account information if prompted for verification.
