When to Perform a Hard Reset

• 💡 A hard reset is useful for removing an unknown screen lock, fixing software issues like lag or freezing, or simply to erase all data and start fresh.

Accessing Recovery Mode

• ⚠️ If you have a screen lock, first power off the device by holding the power button and volume down. Once off, switch to holding the volume up and power buttons simultaneously.
• 📌 If no screen lock is set, power off by holding the power button and volume up, then swipe to turn off. After it's off, hold the volume up and power buttons.
• 🚀 Release the power button when the Poco logo appears, but continue holding volume up until recovery mode is displayed.

Performing the Data Wipe
