- ⚙️ Begin by opening the Settings app on your POCO F7.
- 📱 Navigate to About Phone and then locate the OS version for Poco.
- 👆 Tap on the OS version repeatedly until you see a notification indicating you are in Developer Mode.
Locating the Automatic Update Setting
- 🔙 Once in Developer Mode, go back to the main Settings list.
- ⬇️ Scroll down to the very bottom to find Additional Settings.
- 🔍 Within Additional Settings, scroll down again to find Developer Options.
Managing Software Updates
- 💡 Inside Developer Options, scroll down slightly to find the Automatic System Updates option.
- ✅ To enable automatic updates, tap the switcher to turn it on. The device will then apply updates when restarted if an update is available.
- ❌ To disable automatic updates, simply tap the switch again to turn it off.
- 🔄 Managing this setting allows you to control when your POCO F7 installs new features or security patches.
