Incident 1: Deputy Hardwick and Inmate

Incident 2: Four Deputies and an Inmate

• 🚨 Four employees—Lieutenant Jason Franchesvik, Sergeant Carrie Lynn Colossimo, Corporal Emanuel Nomikos, and Deputy Katherine Cantrell—were terminated following an incident with a female inmate.
• 😔 The inmate, arrested for disorderly intoxication, was held in a van for over three hours before processing.
• 🚽 Placed in a cell without a toilet, the inmate urinated into a floor drain, and while attempting to pull up her pants, her buttocks and genitals were exposed.
• 📸 Deputy Cantrell photographed the inmate in this compromised position and shared it via Facebook and text, with Corporal Nomikos and Sergeant Colossimo also viewing and laughing.
• 🖼️ Corporal Nomikos then freeze-framed the image on a computer monitor in a public booking area for others to see and mock.
• 🚫 Lieutenant Franchesvik, despite witnessing the image and hearing derogatory comments, failed to act and even participated by showing the printed photo and making a dismissive remark.
• 💔 The sheriff emphasized the reprehensible conduct and the failure to treat vulnerable individuals with dignity and respect.
