OnePlus 15R: How to Set and Use the Camera Timer (3s & 10s)

Setting the Camera Timer on OnePlus 15R

• 💡 To begin, open the Camera app on your OnePlus 15R.
• ⚠️ It's recommended to turn off Flash and Night mode; Night mode can add an extra 3 seconds to the timer countdown.

Accessing Timer Options

• 🎯 Navigate to the three-bars icon located in the upper right corner of the camera interface.
• ⚙️ Within the menu, locate and select the Timer section.

Choosing Timer Delay

• ⏱️ You have three options: Off, 3 seconds, or 10 seconds.
• ✅ Select your desired delay by tapping on the specific option, which will be immediately highlighted.
• 📌 The selected timer setting will also be indicated on the shutter button for quick reference.

Taking a Timed Photo

• 📸 Once the timer is set, tap the shutter button to initiate the countdown.
• ⏳ The device will then count down from your chosen delay (3 or 10 seconds) before taking the photo.

Disabling the Timer

• 🚫 To turn off the timer, simply tap the three-bars icon again and select Off.
• ✨ After disabling the timer, photos will be taken immediately upon pressing the shutter button.
