OnePlus 15: Switch Between Gesture and 3-Button Navigation

Accessing Navigation Settings

• ⚙️ Open Settings on your OnePlus 15 and scroll down to find System & update.
• 👆 Tap on System navigation to access the options for buttons or gestures.

Configuring 3-Button Navigation

• 🔘 Select the Buttons option to enable the traditional three-button bar.
• 🔄 You can change the button layout, reordering the back and recent buttons as preferred.
• 🗣️ Options for Circle to Search or activating the Google Assistant are also available with button navigation.

Enabling Gesture Navigation

• ✨ To switch to gestures, tap the Gestures option.
• 📚 A tutorial is available to help you learn the gesture controls.
• ➖ A line at the bottom of the screen indicates the gesture area; this can be hidden by toggling a switch, which may require disabling Circle to Search.

Customizing Gesture Settings

• 🎛️ Adjust settings for vibration on back navigation and mistouch prevention.
• 📈 Back gesture sensitivity can be fine-tuned after using gestures for a while, especially considering cases or gaming.

Understanding Gesture Controls

• ↩️ To go back to the previous page, swipe from the side of the screen to the center.
• 🏠 To return to the homepage, swipe quickly from the bottom to the center.
• 🗂️ To open recent apps, swipe from the bottom to the center and hold.
• ⚡ Quickly switch between apps by swiping left or right along the bottom edge of the screen.
