Apartment Entry and Confrontation

• 🚪 Officers responded to 167184th Street and were led into the first-floor apartment by an uninjured child.
• 🔪 Upon forcing entry into an apartment, officers encountered a man wielding a large meat cleaver covered in blood.
• 🗣️ The officers repeatedly ordered the man to drop the weapon, but he refused and advanced towards them.

Use of Force and Victim Status
