Security Threat Assessment

• ⚠️ City leaders requested that the events be classified as "SEAR One" (highest threat level) due to the past terrorist attack and a recent threat, but this request was denied.
• 📈 The events will remain at "SEAR Three," which still entails an increased law enforcement presence, though not at the maximum heightened level.

Law Enforcement and Resources
