LG SMART Monitor: How to Run a Self-Diagnosis Image Test

Accessing the Settings

• ⚙️ To begin, click the gear icon on your remote control or the gear icon located in the top left corner of the screen.

Navigating to Support

• 🖱️ Once in the settings, scroll down until you find the Support menu.
• 🛠️ Within the Support menu, select the Screen Self Diagnosis option.

Running the Image Test

• ⏳ The system will take a moment to load the self-diagnosis test.
• 🖼️ A test image will be displayed on your screen. Carefully observe if the image is shown clearly.
• ✅ If the image is clear, select Yes. If you notice any issues or the image is not clear, select No.

Next Steps for Issues

• 🆘 If the image is not displayed clearly, the monitor will prompt you to contact LG Support Center.
• ℹ️ Before calling, have your monitor's model name, software version, and serial number readily available.
