LG SMART Monitor: How to Perform a Self-Diagnosis Sound Test

Accessing Monitor Settings

• ⚙️ To begin troubleshooting, click the gear icon located in the top left corner of your LG SMART Monitor screen or on your remote.
• ⚙️ Click the gear icon again to enter the settings menu.

Navigating to Self-Diagnosis

• 🖱️ Scroll down within the settings menu to find and select the Support option.
• 🔍 Within the Support menu, locate and click on the Self Diagnosis option.

Performing the Sound Test

• 🎶 The monitor will then initiate a sound test automatically.
• ✅ You will be prompted to confirm if you hear the sound clearly. Select Yes if the audio is clear, or No if there are issues.
• ⚠️ If the sound test indicates no issue, ensure your external devices are properly connected. If problems persist, consult the device manual.
