Accessing Account Settings

• ⚙️ Begin by opening the Start menu and navigating to Settings.
• 👤 Within Settings, select Accounts from the sidebar.

Creating a New User Account

• ➕ In the 'Other users' section, click Add account.
• 🌐 You can add a user via their Microsoft account by providing their email or phone number, followed by their password and a PIN.
• 💻 Alternatively, to create a local account, select 'I don't have this person's sign-in information' and then 'Add a user without a Microsoft account'.
• ✍️ For a local account, you will need to provide a username, password, and set up three security questions with answers for account recovery.

Managing and Removing Accounts

• 🔄 To switch between user accounts, open the Start menu, tap your current account icon, select the three-dot icon, and choose the desired account, then enter its password.
• 🗑️ To remove an account, you must first sign out of that account.
• ❌ Then, expand the user list in Settings, select the account to remove, and click Delete account and data to confirm.
