Initial Setup and Internet Disconnection

• 💡 Before starting, ensure you are not connected to the internet. If already connected, disconnect from your router.
• 🔑 Press Shift + F10 on your keyboard to open a command prompt window.

Bypassing the Microsoft Account Prompt

• 💻 In the command prompt, type OOBE\bypassNRO and press Enter to initiate a restart.
• 🌍 After the restart, proceed with selecting your region and keyboard layout.
• 🚫 When prompted to connect to the internet, select the 'I don't have internet' option.

Creating a Local Account

• 👤 You will now be able to create a local user account without needing a Microsoft account.
• 🔒 It is highly recommended to set a password and answer the security questions truthfully to enable password recovery.

Post-Setup Steps

• 🌐 Once the setup is complete, you can connect to the internet.
• ⚙️ Navigate to Settings > Windows Update to check for and install any necessary system updates.
