The Khosla Family's Dream

• 💔 The family's joy turns to despair when the plot is fraudulently seized by a property dealer named Kishan Khurana, who erects a wall on it.

Attempts to Reclaim Land

• 👮‍♂️ Initial efforts to involve the police prove futile, with the officer suggesting it's better to negotiate with Khurana than pursue a lengthy legal battle.
• 💪 The family considers hiring wrestlers to forcibly reclaim the land, but Kamal, a middle-class man, deems such confrontational methods beyond their means.
• 💰 Khurana offers to "sell" the Khoslas their own land back for 15 lakh rupees, which Kamal refuses, feeling cheated.

The Deception Plan

• 🤝 Asif Iqbal, a former associate of Khurana who was also cheated by him, proposes a plan to trick Khurana into buying a fake plot.
• 🎭 Kamal's theater group, led by Baapu, along with Cheri and Meghna, agree to participate in an elaborate scheme to impersonate a wealthy NRI, Mr. Sethi, from Dubai.
• 🚗 They arrange for rented luxury cars, fake Dubai SIM cards, and a staged five-star hotel suite to convince Khurana of Sethi's authenticity and wealth.

Executing the Fake Deal

• 🌳 The team creates a fictional plot of land (a Fisheries Department research area) and stages a convincing site visit, with actors playing a caretaker (Insaan Singh) and his mother.
• 💰 Khurana, eager to acquire more land, falls for the elaborate ruse and offers 1 crore 40 lakh rupees for the fake plot.
• ⚖️ Kamal initially struggles with the moral implications of deception but is persuaded by his family that it's the only way to reclaim what was rightfully theirs.

Resolution and New Beginnings

• ✅ The plan succeeds, and the Khoslas receive a significant sum of money, which they use to buy back their original plot from Khurana.
