Command Center Operations

• 🎯 The emergency operations center in Kerr County serves as the central hub for flood recovery efforts.
• ⚡ This command post has been rapidly established in just a couple of days to coordinate the response.

Multi-Agency Response

• 🤝 Personnel from numerous agencies have converged, including the Kerr County Sheriff's Office, Texas DPS (with 230 personnel), Texas Division of Emergency Management, Swift Water Rescue Boats, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Texas National Guard, and San Antonio Fire Units.
• 🗺️ Inside the operations center, strategic planning for the day's search, rescue, and recovery operations takes place.
• ⛺ Temporary housing tents have been set up for officers at an agriculture event center, which has been converted to support hundreds of responders.
