Understanding the New Screenshot Preview

  • 💡 When taking a screenshot on the iPhone 17, a full-screen preview now appears by default.
  • ⚠️ If you prefer the older style, you can revert to the classic small preview that appears in the corner.

Accessing Screenshot Settings

  • ⚙️ To change this setting, first open the Settings app on your iPhone 17.
  • ➡️ Scroll down and tap on General.
  • 📸 Next, select Screen Capture.

Customizing Screenshot Preview Behavior

  • ✅ Here, you can toggle the Full Screen Preview option on or off.
  • 🖼️ Disabling it will revert to the small preview in the left thumb corner, similar to older iOS versions.
  • 👆 Enabling it allows you to tap the full preview to access editing options or skip it.
