Living Room & Entertainment Hub

• 🛋️ The living room was designed to be lush and comfortable, avoiding a stark or austere feel, with custom fabrics and a custom rug.
• 📺 A hidden TV screen in the ceiling allows for entertainment without a visible television in the main living area.
• 🎶 A grand piano and a professional karaoke setup were included for singalongs and parties, with Zooey having grown up playing Yamaha pianos.

Personal Touches and Outdoor Spaces

• 🖼️ The home incorporates antiques and vintage pieces, such as a Murano glass chandelier and a 100-year-old Japanese screen, to add character.
• 🌳 The apartment features three private terraces with custom tile, greenery, and ironwork, creating an English garden feel similar to their LA home.
• 🪞 In the bedroom, embroidered wallpaper and antique-look nightstands create a peaceful vibe, with blue tones extending into the marble-paneled bathroom.

Kids' Room and Design Philosophy

• 🐘 The kids' room is a favorite, featuring a printed mural wallpaper, hidden drawers, hand-cut leaves on railings by Legacy Millwork, and a topiary elephant.
• 🏡 Jonathan subtly incorporates an owl and tartan into every design, with the owl hidden in the kids' room.
• 🤝 The overall design reflects a collaborative vision between Zooey, Jonathan, and Young Huh, blending vintage details with custom craftsmanship for warmth and personality.
