HPD Update: Fatal Shooting After Southeast Houston Club Argument

Fatal Shooting Incident

• 🚨 Houston Police Department officers responded to a shooting call shortly after midnight at a club in the 6500 block of Dixie.
• 💬 The incident began as a verbal altercation between two groups inside the club.
• 🚗 Following the argument, one group entered a silver Mitsubishi Galant and fired several shots at the victim before fleeing eastbound on Dixie Road.

Victim and Investigation

• 💔 First aid was administered by Houston Fire Department and initial officers, but the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
• 🔍 The investigation is in its early stages, with homicide detectives and CSU en route.
• 🚗 Suspect descriptors include three black males and the silver Mitsubishi Galant.
• 📹 While cameras are present, no footage has been recovered at this time.
