Bypassing Wi-Fi Connection

• ⚠️ If you've reached the Wi-Fi connection step, do not connect to any network.
• 💡 If already connected, either turn off the router or move to an area where the signal is undiscoverable.

Executing the Bypass Command

• ⌨️ Press Shift + F10 simultaneously to open a command prompt window.
• 💻 Input the command OOBE\BypassNRO and press Enter.
• 🔄 Your device will restart automatically after executing the command.

Local Account Setup

• 🌍 After restart, select your preferred language, region, and keyboard layout.
• 🚫 When prompted to connect to a network, choose 'I don't have internet'.
• 👤 Select 'Continue with limited setup' to proceed without an internet connection.
• 🔑 You will be prompted to create a username and password for a local account, or you can skip setting a password.

Privacy and HP Features

• ⚙️ Configure privacy settings such as location, find my device, diagnostic data, and inking/typing preferences.
• 📄 You can choose to register and protect your laptop using HP features, or skip this step.
• ✅ Once all selections are made, the installation process will be completed.
