HP OmniBook 5 Flip: How to Use On-Screen Magnifier and Read Aloud

Enabling and Using the On-Screen Magnifier

• 💡 Enable the magnifier quickly using the keyboard shortcut: Windows key + Plus (+).
• 📌 The magnifier toolbar allows you to increase or decrease zoom intensity and reset magnification levels.
• ⚙️ Access more magnifier settings by navigating to Settings → Accessibility on your HP OmniBook 5 Flip.

Magnifier Views and Customization

• 🎯 Three main views are available: Full screen, Docked, and Lens.
• ↔️ The Docked magnifier provides a toolbar at the top that can be resized and moved, with options to follow your mouse, keyboard focus, or text cursor.
• 🖥️ The Full screen magnifier takes over the entire display, with options to keep the mouse pointer and text cursor centered or within the screen edges.
• 🔍 The Lens magnifier magnifies only the area your cursor hovers over, and its size (height and length) can be adjusted.

Utilizing the Read Aloud Feature

• 🔊 The Read Aloud feature can start reading from your screen by clicking the display icon.
• 📍 You can start reading from a specific spot on the screen by clicking the desired location.
• 🗣️ Customize the reader's speed using a slider and select different voices from a provided list.
• 🔊 Test the selected voice by having it read content from the screen.
