Understanding Function Keys on HP OMEN Transcend 14

• 💡 The function keys (F1–F12) are located at the top of the keyboard and have both standard F-key actions and special shortcut functions.
• 🔑 The FN key, located near the bottom left, controls whether the primary or secondary functions of the top row keys are active.

FN Lock and Default Actions

• ⚠️ By default, the FN key light is off, meaning FN lock is disabled. In this mode, pressing F1–F12 performs their standard actions (e.g., F1 for Help, F11 for Full Screen, F12 for Dev Tools in browsers).
