How to Use Voice Memos on iPad Air: Recording, Editing, and Saving Audio

Recording Audio on iPad Air

• 🎙️ To start recording, launch the Voice Memos app and tap the red record button located at the bottom left corner.
• ⏸️ You can pause and unpause your recording by tapping the same button.

Listening and Editing Recordings

• ▶️ To listen to your recording immediately, pause it, swipe up, and tap the play button in the middle.
• ⏩ The recording can be skipped forward or backward by 15 seconds.
• ✂️ To replace a section, swipe to the desired moment and tap replace at the bottom left.

Managing Your Voice Memos

• ✏️ To rename a recording, tap on "New Recording" at the top and enter your desired name.
• ↩️ Use the undo option at the top left to revert recent changes.
• ✅ Tap done at the bottom right to end the recording and save it.
• 🗑️ To delete a recording, select it, tap the bin icon, and confirm.
• 🗄️ Access management options for saved recordings by tapping on the recording and using the icons at the top.
