How to Use Split Screen and Pop-up View on Samsung Galaxy S25+

Entering Split Screen View

• 💡 First, open at least one application, such as Google Chrome, on your Samsung Galaxy S25+.
• 📌 Navigate to the Recent Apps view.
• 👆 Hold down on the app icon of the already open application.

Activating Split Screen or Pop-up View

• ➡️ Drag the app icon to the middle of the screen to open it in a pop-up view.
• ↔️ Drag the app icon to one of the screen sides to open it in split screen view.

Selecting and Managing a Second App

• ➕ Choose a second application to open on the other side of the screen, for example, Gmail.
• 📏 To resize the two applications, hold down on the three dots icon located between them.
• ⬆️⬇️ Move the three-dot handle up or down to increase the size of one window at the expense of the other.

Exiting Split Screen Mode

• ↩️ To exit split screen view, simply go back to the Recent Apps menu.
• ❌ Close the window to return to a single-app view.
