How to Use Dual Connection on SOUNDCORE C40i Earbuds for Two Devices

Enabling Dual Connection

• 💡 To enable dual connection on your SOUNDCORE C40i earbuds, open the SOUNDCORE app on your first connected device.
• 📌 Navigate to your device within the app and select the dual connection option.
• ✅ Ensure the dual connection slider is toggled to the enabled position.

Pairing with a Second Device

• 🎧 To pair with a second device, go to the settings on that device and select 'pair new device'.
• ⚡ Alternatively, press and hold the connection button on the bottom of the charging case until the light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
• 📲 Tap on your second device in the app and then click pair to establish the connection.

Managing Connected Devices

• 🎛️ Within the app, you can disable a connected device by toggling the slider next to its name.
• 🗑️ To remove a device entirely, tap 'manage' and then select the 'remove' option for that specific device.
• ⚠️ If a device fails to connect or pair properly, you may need to remove it from the phone's Bluetooth settings as well.
