How to Use Dual Connection on SOUNDCORE C30i Earbuds with Two Devices

Enabling Dual Connection

• 💡 To begin, ensure you have the SOUNDCORE C30i earbuds connected to your first device via the app.
• 🎯 Navigate to your headphones within the app and locate the Dual Connection option.
• ⚡ Enable the dual connection feature by tapping the slider next to its name and waiting approximately 10 seconds.

Pairing with a Second Device

• 📌 You can initiate pairing with a second device either through the app by clicking Connect New Device.
• 🎧 Alternatively, if not using the app, enter manual pairing mode by pressing and holding the connection button on the charging case twice.
• ✅ Select your earbuds from the device list on your second device and tap Pair.

Managing and Reconnecting Devices

• 🔗 If you paired manually, you may need to reconnect to your first device via Bluetooth settings.
• 📊 The app will show both connected devices once dual connection is successfully set up.
