- ⌚ Wake up your SUUNTO Run watch screen by pressing the crown button.
- ⬆️ Press the crown button again to open the workout menu.
Selecting and Configuring Your Workout
- 🏃 Scroll through the list to find and select your desired workout type.
- ⚙️ Before starting, you can configure settings such as duration, distance, and navigation (on/off, target routes).
- 🔋 Access exercise settings to adjust battery modes, enable auto-pause, set post-exercise heart rate measurement, and manage media player, touchscreen, and audio feedback.
Starting and Managing Your Workout
- ▶️ Tap 'Start' to begin your workout; the watch will attempt to acquire a GPS location.
- 📊 Once the workout starts, you can scroll through displayed information by swiping the screen.
- ⏸️ Press the upper button to pause the workout.
- ↩️ To resume, press the upper button again after backing out of the pause menu.
- 📍 Pressing the lower button during a workout will create a lap.
Ending or Discarding a Workout
- 🛑 From the pause menu, tap 'End' to finish the workout.
- 🗑️ Alternatively, select 'Discard' from the options to completely delete the workout data.
- ✅ Confirm your choice to discard the workout.
