How to Share Your Location on iPhone Using Find My and Messages

Setting Up Location Sharing

• 💡 To begin sharing your location, first launch your iPhone's Settings and sign into your Apple account.
• 🔑 You may need to enter your iPhone passcode to complete the login process.
• 📍 Navigate to your Apple account settings, find the Find My category, and enable the Share My Location toggle.

Sharing Location via the Find My App

• 👤 Open the Find My app and go to the 'People' section to add friends and family from your contacts.
• 🗺️ Select the contact you wish to share your location with and press Start Sharing Location.
• ✅ Once the contact accepts your request, they will be able to monitor and see your live location.

Sharing Location via the Messages App

• 💬 Open a conversation in the Messages app with the person you want to share your location with.
• 📍 Tap the location icon and select Location.
• ➡️ You may need to grant the app location permission before you can send your current location.
