• 💡 Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 do not have default touch controls for volume; this functionality needs to be manually enabled.
• ⚠️ iPhone users cannot set up volume controls directly on the earbuds as the Galaxy Wearable app is not available for iOS.
• 📱 Android users must first install the Galaxy Wearable app and connect their earbuds to an Android device to configure touch controls.

Customizing Touch Controls

• ⚙️ Navigate to the touch controls section within the Galaxy Wearable app, located under Ambient Sound Control.
• 👆 The press and hold gesture is the only customizable option for volume control; double or triple presses cannot be assigned.
• 🔊 To enable volume control, select volume down for the left earbud and volume up for the right earbud (or vice versa).
• ⚠️ Note that assigning a volume function to one earbud may automatically assign the opposite function to the other earbud.

Using Volume Touch Controls

• 📍 The touch areas are located on the back of each earbud, in the middle section between the top and bottom dots.
• ⏯️ To increase volume, press and hold the touch area on the right earbud while music is playing.
• 🔉 To decrease volume, press and hold the touch area on the left earbud.
