How to Set Up Screen Lock on Google Pixel Watch 4 (Pattern or PIN)

Setting Up Screen Lock

• 💡 To begin, wake the watch by pressing the crown button, then press it again to open the menu.
• ⚙️ Navigate to Settings, then select the Security option.
• 🔒 Within Security, tap on Screen lock and choose your preferred method: Pattern or PIN.

Configuring Your Lock

• ✍️ If you chose Pattern, draw your desired pattern twice to confirm it.
• 🔢 If you chose PIN, enter your PIN twice for confirmation.
• ✅ Upon successful confirmation, the screen lock will be enabled.

Understanding Auto-Lock and Unlocking

• ⌚ The watch is designed to automatically lock when removed from your wrist, ensuring data protection.
• 🔓 When locked, a lock icon will appear at the bottom of the screen. You'll need to enter your pattern or PIN to unlock and use the watch.

Disabling Screen Lock

• 🚫 To disable the screen lock, return to Settings → Security → Screen lock.
