How to Set Up Face Unlock with Mask Support on HONOR Magic8 Lite

Setting Up Face Recognition

• ⚙️ Navigate to Settings on your HONOR Magic8 Lite and select Biometrics & password.
• 👆 Choose Face Recognition to begin the enrollment process.

Enrolling Your Face

• 🔑 Enter your screen password to proceed with face enrollment.
• ▶️ Tap Get Started and position your face within the frame to complete the scan.
• 💡 It is recommended to enable Raise to Wake for a more convenient unlocking experience.

Enabling Mask Support

• 😷 Select the option to enable face recognition with a surgical mask.
• 🔓 This feature allows your HONOR Magic8 Lite to unlock even when you are wearing a mask.

Testing the Unlock Feature

• 📱 With Raise to Wake enabled, simply lift your phone and look at it to unlock.
• ✅ The phone successfully unlocks with a mask on, demonstrating the functionality of the feature.
