How to Set Up, Customize, and Manage Alarms on HONOR Pad X8a

Setting Up Your First Alarm

• 💡 Begin by opening the Clock app on your HONOR Pad X8a and granting the necessary permissions when prompted.
• 🎯 Navigate to the Alarm tab located at the bottom left corner of the app interface.
• ➕ To create a new alarm, tap the plus icon situated on the right side of the screen.

Customizing Alarm Settings

• ⏰ Adjust the alarm time by setting the hour and minute, then tap 'Repeat' to select specific days of the week for the alarm to sound, confirming with 'OK'.
• 🎶 Select your preferred alarm sound by choosing from pre-set options or tapping 'Music on device' to use a personal song, then tap 'OK' to save.
• 🏷️ Optionally, add a label to your alarm by tapping 'Label', entering a name, and confirming with 'OK'.
• ⏳ Configure the ring duration to set how long the alarm will sound if not dismissed, and adjust the snooze duration and repetition count.

Managing Existing Alarms

• ✅ Save your newly configured alarm by tapping the check mark in the top right corner.
• 🔛 Toggle alarms on or off using the switch located next to each alarm entry; confirm your choice in the pop-up.
• ✏️ To edit an existing alarm, tap on it, make your desired changes, and then tap the check mark again to save.
• 🗑️ To delete an alarm, tap on it, select the 'Delete' button at the bottom right, and confirm your choice in the subsequent pop-up.
